  • Day 1: Ascoli Piceno – Torre di Palme

Arrival in Jesi – Meeting with our assistant – Departure for Ascoli Piceno to take part in the famous event "Fritto Misto": the annual appointment with the Italian gastronomic tradition, dedicated to international frying and its various forms in the different Italian regions and the foreign countries; the typical Sicilian recipes – from “arancino” to the “cannoli” meet “Olive all'Ascolana” stuffed olives, the “panzerotti”of Puglia are combined with the fried “gnocchi” of Emilia Romagna, the friseu of Ligura with Japanese tempura, for an event that combines tradition and culture workshops, lessons, conferences and tasty Lessons (“Lezioni da Bere”) to discover all the curiosity of the best wines from the Marche – On the way back to Jesi stop at Torre di Palme, idyllic resort on the Adriatic Coast where you can enjoy a wonderful panorama – Dinner and overnight in hotel

  • Day 2: Rosini Oil Mill – Wine Cellar – Jesi

Breakfast at the hotel – Transfer to Rosini oil mill in San Paolo di Jesi: this company has produced extra virgin olive oil since1982; the Rosini family-runs business, has 800 plants and they don't use machines for olive harvesting – Transfer to a typical restaurant where you can taste delicious dishes of Le Marche – In the afternoon transfer to a wine cellar that produces the famous Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi – Visit of the winery and tasting of products – Transfer to Jesi and visit the Pinacoteca Pianetti where there are works by Lorenzo Lotto and a painting by Rubens – Return to the hotel – Dinner and overnight

  • Day 3: Land of Frattula – Senigallia

Breakfast at the hotel – Transfer to "Terre di Frattula", a huge collage of agricultural landscapes, interspersed with small woods, the river Cesano, by long moats full of greenery and ancient villages – Here you can taste a bread prepared with a old local farm recipe – Transfer to Senigallia – Lunch at restaurant – Walk in Senigallia, one of the most important seaside town on the Adriatic coast, famous for its "Velvet Beach", the famous Rotonda on the sea, the old town with Pope Pio IX's Palace - Return to the hotel and to your places of origin
